At present, Barrier Reef Pools employs over 100 staff, making it the second largest employer within the Beaudesert Shire.
 
Our staff are our business and each member of the team plays an integral role in the ongoing success of the company.  The Team is the Company's greatest asset, all trained and highly experienced within their respective areas, from pool construction to administration.  We are proud to claim that many of our staff have been with the company since its inception, and their experience is evident in the high standard of our swimming pools and spa pools.
 
Barrier Reef Pools is headed by Michael Crooks.  His experience within the fibreglass pool industry is highly respected due to his wealth of knowledge, integrity and dedication to taking the Company to the next level.
